This course is an industry facing course. I believe we learn how to teach by teaching and getting immediate feedback so that we can
make adjustments that are realistic and meet the needs of our students through real life experiences. As a former professional
ballerina and teacher I know that safe and effective training with anatomical alignment and adjustment knowledge is paramount when
working with students. In addition to this, developing and maintaining a strong and resilient mindset whilst building a heart-centred

personal brand is central to the training at Life On Pointe.

● This course will deepen your own yoga practice and teaching skills within a safe space to practice your skills within a

supportive community.

● You will deepen your knowledge in anatomy, philosophy and how to hold space within your class.

● You will be building out your personal heart-centred brand

● You will develop an online presence and personal brand as part of this course. You will set up a basic website with a booking
system for one class you will begin to teach, a youtube channel, create blogs, MGB Profile, CRM system
● You will develop your heart-centred brand so that you can identify who your ideal clients are, how to relate with them simply

by being yourself, and how to take them on a journey into your own personalised beginners course.

● This is an 8 months course so you have time to integrate your learning and build out strong foundations in business, practice

and mindset

● This course is also online so you can be flexible around your own schedule with lots of online contact to keep building your confidence and skills

Module 1 – Opening Sequence – Establishing Breathwork and Root Chakra Healing 'I am Grounded'

Module 1 Yoga Practice. In this module you will learn how to introduce your beginner level students to their new yoga practice. 1) Study and learn this 40 minutes of flow to release stress and develop effective breathwork.
