This is an 8 week progressive yoga course. You will develop a class that will challenge you and also allow you to manage stress, improve sleep and the quality of your life. You will learn a full class over 8 weeks, including: Chakra Balancing Meditations Sleepflow Yoga Nidra Weekly Philosophy and Anatomy for a specific pose 121 support.

Module 1 – Establishing Breathwork and Root Chakra Healing – I am Grounded

Module 1 Yoga Practice. In this module you will learn how to introduce your beginner level students to their new yoga practice. 1) Study and learn this 40 minutes of flow to release stress and develop effective breathwork. All flows will intensify and deepen as we progress our Modules. 2) Deepen your Study more about your energy and pranic system , Koshas / sheaths, masculines and feminine sides of the brain, brain function and breath to help integrate your learning with your practice. 3) Root Chakra Rebalancing – use your wisdom and energy body to heal, transform and alchemize.You will find all of your teaching and learning handbooks, materials and resources to support your workshops, studying, growth and assignments in the modules below.

Week 1 Practice – Establishing Breathwork (40 mins) Prananyama Study Energy Bodies, The Brain and Breath Root Chakra Emotional Healing and Practices (Muladhara)

Week 2 – Sun Salutation and Sacral Chakra Healing – I Feel

Week 2 Yoga Practice. A 40 minutes flow to release stress and develop firm foundations for strengthening, opening up and increasing flexibility/mobility. All flows will intensify and deepen as we progress our practice. Study more about your strengthening and grounding poses/energy to help you integrate your learning with your practice. Sacral Chakra Rebalancing – use your wisdom and energy body to heal, transform and achlemise.

Module 3 – Lunges / Triangles and Solar Plexus Healing – I Do

Module 3 Yoga Practice. A 40 minutes flow to release stress and develop firm foundations for strengthening, opening up and increasing flexibility/mobility. All flows intensify and deepen as we progress our practice. Study more about the Triangle Pose to help integrate your learning with your practice. Solar Plexus Chakra Rebalancing – Use your wisdom and energy body to heal, transform and alchemise.

Week 3 Practice – Lunges / Triangles Utthita Trikonasana (40 mins) Study on Triangle Pose, Digestion and Gut Health with Yoga Solar Plexus Emotional Healing and Practices

Module 4 – Kapallabhati and Heart Chakra Healing – I Love

Module 4 Yoga Practice. A 45 minutes flow to release stress and develop firm foundations for strengthening, opening up and increasing flexibility/mobility. All flows intensify and deepen as we progress our practice. This module we study more about the Tree Pose to help integrate your learning with your practice. Heart Chakra Rebalancing – Use your wisdom and energy body to heal, transform and alchemise.

Week 4 Practice – Dynamic Breathwork and Kapallabhati (40 mins)and Tree Pose Vrikasana Study on Cardivascular System Heart Chakra Emotional Healing and Practices

Module 5 – Shoulderstand and Throat Chakra Healing – I Speak

Module 5 Yoga Practice. In this module you will learn how to correctly practice and teach Salamba Sarvangasana, or the Shoulderstand 1) Study and learn this 60 minutes flow to release stress and develop strong teaching foundations for strengthening, opening up and increasing flexibility/mobility with your beginner student. All flows will intensify and deepen as your practice progresses. 2) Deepen your study on your Endocrine System and learn how to awaken vital energy through inversions like the houlderstand . Throat Chakra Rebalancing – open your wisdom and energy body to heal, transform and achlemise. You will find all of your teaching and learning handbooks, materials and resources to support your workshops, studying, growth and assignments in the modules below.
